  I have been coming here for years and I've spent a lot of money. The only reason I use them is for the contact club. They take forever to get back to me when I call and have questions for the Dr because he never seems to be available. Today I called to ask about getting my husband and I approved for Halloween contacts. I had to call twice because the first time they said they would call me back when the Dr returned from lunch. I called again when I hadn't heard back for 3 hours. Finally they got in touch with the Dr who said due to our prescriptions we couldn't be approved for Halloween contacts which i found odd because last year they approved me for the same contacts I wanted to order again. So I asked them why I couldn't be approved if it wasn't a problem last year and they said the Dr just took a quick look because they were busy and they would put a note on my file for him to take a more in depth look and they would get back to me. Never heard back. I understand they were busy but if you don't have the time to look over my prescription or ask any questions about the lenses I'm trying to purchase and give me a real answer just say you don't have time instead of giving me a half ass answer.
