  Going to the dentist is no picnic no matter what but this was horrible. First of all how can they not know if they are or aren't in network with my insurance? That makes no sense. I guess that should have been a sign to stay away. Staff seemed unorganized and not enough knowledge. Train your staff! Doctor gave little to no eye contact and seemed completely uninterested, was like a robot when he spoke to us. Everything seemed rushed and my daughter said she felt uncomfortable and like nobody there really cared to be there. Not a good feeling when you are a kid about to have your first surgery. On top of it all from the time my daughter was taken back for surgery and up until they took me back where she was in bed but awake was maybe 40 minutes yet they charged our insurance for a whole hour of anesthesia. I didn't make a big fuss since my insurance did pay or at least I was told they will, but isn't that fraud? Watch how this place bills you because you may be getting over charged. Over all I would not recommend I will be taking my younger kids elsewhere for there oral surgery needs.

  My mother is 93 years old and we have been to Dr Haddele's office before and have always come away satisfied. I use the word satisfied because who likes to get their teeth pulled? Dr Haddele and his staff are very helpful, we were given all the information that we needed to care for her post extraction. They were also helpful getting my mother down the elevator while I was getting the car. I would highly recommend Dr. Haddele to anyone who needs work done. Just remember getting teeth pulled has never been an enjoyable thing to do but Dr. Haddele takes the bite out (that is my joke). So again 5 Stars!
