  Any dry cleaning company can give you back clean clothes. Geneva Cleaners is several steps above. Not only do they do an exceptional job (my clothes came back looking new and neatly pressed--not faded and dull like some other cleaners), but they have proved that they will go above and beyond for the customer. Ever notice the back of your drop-off ticket where reparations for lost or damaged items aren't covered, or maybe you'll get up to $50? Of course they have limitations--everyone does--but when part of my Hart Shaffner suit was lost, the owner contacted me personally to make sure everything was resolved beyond my satisfaction. Honest mistakes happen anywhere, but only the best companies know how to treat customers with respect and dedication when something goes wrong. Geneva Cleaners has earned a loyal customer, and I see no reason to shop elsewhere!
