  Sucking value out of the fox valley for over 50 years. After living in a Shodeen apartment and buying a house in mill Creek, I can honestly say Shodeen builds crap. If you want to buy something with no value, buy from Shodeen. Evey house in mill creek has lost value since Shodeen sold it. They have a interior designer who is in her 50's and still decorates like its 1990. There sales staff is dumb as rocks and there customer service is the worst. My place was built in 2008 and it already needs a new roof, siding, front door, new windows and everything In it is outdated. Everyone I talked to at Shodeen blames the president of the company Dave patzelt for using the cheapest products he can find, so he can get a large bonus when everything comes out under budget, thus leaving no value for the buyer. I would never recomend doing any kind of business with Shodeen.
