  Ordered some popular "slate" tile from here that was supposedly their best seller. Utter garbage and delaminated within a few months. Did not stand behind their product. Told me it's my fault for using Pine Sol and/or my contractor who didn't seal it properly - basically everyone else is to blame but their product, which was preposterous. Told me to get Zep to clean up the white stain that had permeated into the "slate" so as to then "reseal" it "properly". Well it didn't do anything. In fact, corroded it further with now pieces literally coming undone from the floor. Manager said he'd "help us out" but was never clear with what that meant. Went with a new contractor, new tile store. Beautiful result...Steer clear and BEWARE.
  
  Btw, my review keeps being taken down after a few days. I have written nothing but the truth about my experience with this business. Speaks volumes that they don't respond to my review and instead choose to remove anything truthful. Screams dishonesty.
