  When I moved here 3yrs ago I tried every work out class and method there was, but after a month of doing the classes it was always the same. I would get bored with it or feel like it was not giving me the work out or the results I wanted. After having a friend tell me about Vfusion I finally decided to try a class. I loved it!!! The work outs are never the same so your body is continuously challenged with each and every class. I also love the small class sizes and the focus that the instructors put on using the correct body mechanics during exercises. It truly makes all the difference! Trust me if you are looking for a place that is both challenging, fun, and will give you the results you want Vfusion is the place to go!!

  Hard workouts with great results. Trainers are challenging and encouraging. This place is for all levels of fitness, whether you're a beginner or advanced. I always leave feeling pumped and ripped!
